Number 456, Install Bladder Inside Toilet Tank. This is for the same reason as the earlier tip on placing a brick inside the toilet tank or the other tip about simply adjusting the water level inside.
The goal is to reduce the amount of water in the tank what will be used to flush the toilet. To me, simply adjusting the water level gauge is so much easier.
