Unlike most lamps, Floo is suspended from one side. It remains level because the center of gravity has shifted to the shade’s unique conical shape. Aesthetically, without the central cabling in the way, you get an even circular disk of light uninterrupted by wires. I love when design is as simple as moving a seam or line to create an entirely new yet enigmatic silhouette.
